Returns for Exchange or Damaged Items

Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return a damaged item.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items.

Gift cards.

Items damaged due to improper use or negligence.

Return Process:

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for size issues or defective items.

If you need an exchange for the same item in a different size, please contact us at [your email/contact form].

If the size you need is unavailable, we will offer store credit only, and you must wait until the size is available for exchange. You must send the original shoes back to us before the exchange can be processed. Refunds are not provided in this situation.

Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you. We do not accept claims for damaged products after 1 day of delivery.
